The Rhythms of Self-Care: How to Stay Consistent When Life is Chaotic

Zahra M. Ali and Hien Hong presents

In a world oversaturdated with self-care tips, it can be difficult to know what the "right" practice for you is. More importantly, how do you stay consistent in these practices as we move through the changes in life?

The Rhythms of Self-Care is a workshop that holds the space to answer/explore exactly that question: How do you discover the right self-care practices for you? And once you've discovered them, how do you maintain them as you move into different phases of life?

In this workshop you will:

  • Examine your internal rhythm and learn how to adjust self-care practices when the time comes.
  • Create intentional inner rhythms that are true to your values.
  • Discover *why* you gravitate toward certain practices.
  • Learn about your inner-rebel (the part of you that feels like self-destructing or saying “f* the system” to your self-care).
  • Master the art of self-compassion as you move through the process.

The workshop is for you if:

  • You seek a self-care practice that works for you, and can be implemented sustainably
  • You are ready be done with self-sabotage
  • You believe in consistency and staying true to your values, no matter what cycle of life you’re in
  • You want to feel confident and good about self-care, especially during such unprecedented times
