About Hien

I am a yoga and meditation teacher, mentor, and disruptor. I teach from a trauma-informed lens. I create spaces for people to practice yoga and meditation to feel into themselves and find healing. I am here to offer a container for practicing as you are, a sense of community, and guidance for mindful living and activism. I believe in disrupting the systems that make wellness inaccessible in order to reclaim the practices.
