The Enneagram is an ancient and powerful system that helps us understand the why behind our unconscious habits. By understanding these habitual patterns, we’re able to make conscious choices that improve our lives and relationships. One of our biggest tools for taking in information is our bodily sensations (also known as our somatic experiences)! When we start to tune into those sensations as they arise, we develop what’s called our inner awareness.

This workshop aims to teach the basics of the Enneagram while offering introductory practices for developing your own inner awareness. We hope to touch on the somatic profiles of each type while explaining the significance of building awareness of your somatic experience when working with the Enneagram. This workshop offers a teaching segment, reflection and journaling, light movement and meditation, and space for questions/discussion.

Date: March 27

Time: 1-3:30 PM PST or 4-6:30 PM EST
